Under no circumstances will we share any personal information with any third parties or websites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. Your email never gets sold or distributed to any other website or list.
If we send you an email announcement, you will find instructions on how to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
Wine Club Terms of Agreement
I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. I authorize Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery to add me as a member of the wine club I’ve selected and debit my credit card as shipments occur. Cache Creek will notify me via email prior to charging my credit card. I have the right to cancel my membership after accepting and paying for 2 shipments.
I understand that my credit card will be charged in accordance with my wine club choice. I may opt to have the wine shipped or picked up in person. “Pick up” orders must be claimed within 60 days of the released date. Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery cannot guarantee the availability of a purchased vintage when a shipment is not picked up or received after 60 days of the release date. Club discounts are available to you and your significant other.
I understand that I may cancel my Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery wine club membership after accepting and paying for 2 shipments. I may cancel my membership via phone, written notice, or email 3 days before my scheduled shipment is charged. Any membership cancelled within 3 days of shipment will incur the regular wine club shipment charge, and the cancellations will be effective for the next wine club shipment. Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery reserves the right to change or amend the Wine Club at any time.
Wine Club Shipping Policy
No deliveries can be mailed to a P.O. Box. Federal Law requires a signature from someone 21 years or older at the time of delivery. In addition, some states impose limitations on the amount of wine that a resident may receive monthly and annually. Shipments made to certain states are subject to state sales tax.
I understand I am responsible for any shipping fees of undeliverable wine to the address I have provided.
Tasting Room & Online Orders Shipping Policy
Upon the placement of your order, please check your confirmation email immediately to be sure that your “ship to” address is correct. If your address is incorrect, please contact Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a redirect fee charged to you should the address need to be changed while in transit.
Shipping costs from Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated and approved in writing by Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery.
Unless wines are damaged or somehow defective, they may not be returned for a refund. If you believe a wine has been damaged in shipment or is somehow defective, please contact Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery within 30 days of receipt of your wines and we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged wine if the wine is still available. If not available, we will offer you a substitute wine or a refund of your payment. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated and approved in writing by Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery.
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
